Luvin Our Locs is a home-based salon that specializes in caring for Sisterlocks and Microlocs . Loc maintenance is essential for all Loc types to maintain their healthiness. It’s my desire to care for and help support my clients through their loc experience. The below are the policies for L.O.L. Please read all and adhere to them all. If there are any questions please feel free to reach out to me. • Clean Hair Policy: Please arrive with clean hair, ideally shampooing the day of or no later than the day before your appointment. This keeps things fresh and ensures we can move forward with your retie. Unclean hair cannot be serviced. • Hair Washing – Hair washing services can now be added to your Retie/Retwist appointment for an additional $30. If your appointment was booked in advance, please provide 24 hours' notice to add a wash. Last-minute requests will be $40, and may not be accommodated; in which, appointment will need to be rescheduled. • Illness Policy: If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule. If you arrive sick, I will have to reschedule your appointment for everyone's safety. Cancellation fee will apply. • Setting Appointments – All appointments must be scheduled through the website. Appointments can be set during your current visit, but for future bookings, please use the site for the most updated availability. • Unconfirmed Appointments – Don’t leave me hanging! Please confirm your appointment within 24 hours, or it’ll be cancelled (and you’ll get a $30 fee). But don’t worry—I’ll send you a friendly reminder 3 days before. Need to reschedule? Just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and it’s all good! • Late Appointments – Running behind? No problem if it’s under 15 minutes. But if you’re more than 15 minutes late, there’s a $10 fee. Over 30 minutes late, and we’ll need to cancel with a $30 fee. Please just let me know. • Cancelled Appointments – If you don’t show up or cancel last minute, a $30 fee will apply. This fee also applies to cancellations as listed in the policies. I know life happens, so just give me a heads-up when you can. • Additional Guests – With limited space and to maintain a calm environment, no extra guests (including pets, children, or friends) are allowed. If someone tags along, we’ll need to reschedule, and that $30 fee will apply. • Referral Bonus Program – Love your locs? Share the love! When you refer a new client, you’ll get $10 off your next service, after their first appointment. Tell your friends, family, and that coworker who's always eyeing your locs! Spread the loc love! 😉 -Transfer Clients - All transfer clients will need to do a transfer consultation. Please do not book an appointment for a retightening without booking this service. No exceptions. · Install Deposits – All install appts will require a deposit to secure the appt. Payment is due at the time of consultation or when booking appt. Appts will not be put on hold until deposit is made. No exceptions. - Absolutely no refunds will be rendered. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation within 24hrs. Less than 24hrs will incur a $30 cancellation fee. Fee needs to be paid before booking a new appointment.
